HEG series geared limit switches are universal mechanical switching devices for industrial applications. They consist of a two-step spur gear and a contact space for max. 8 contacts. The gear reduces a number of revolutions at the input shaft to less than one revolution at the cam discs.

The HEG series geared switches are particularly used where very precise and backlash-free reductions and transmissions are of special importance.

Features:

• All gears are made of metal and the reduction range is 0.111 to 9.
• All shafts are mounted on ball bearing and the gear is lifetime-lubricated.
• All housing parts consist of water-proof aluminium.
• The input shaft is made of stainless steel.

HEG series standard execution is with precisely adjustable with a cam diameter of 70 mm using the contacts 52 and 53, cam discs with diameter 50 mm and cam angle of 40°. Special execution tailor made to customer request can be also provided.

Option to provide analog or digital position feedback systems is available.
