The series HHEV lever limit switches are used where motions can be disengaged directly, e.g. travelling motions of crane bridges and trolleys, bucket lifts and other hoisting gears.

Features

• The lever limit switch consists of a lever and a switch part which are rigidly connected.
• The shaft is moved rotationally form-fit by the drive lever up to max. 85° into each direction; it is limited mechanically.
• The aluminium housing complies with protection IP 65 to DIN VDE 0470-1/EN 60529.
• The connection dimensions of the lever switches HHEV still comply with those ones of the equally-designated lever switches of the original Stemmann production.
• The switch is fitted in such a way that due to the travelling motion the switch lever is running on a straight edge thereby swinging the lever out of its centre position.
•  The switching points can be set form-fit by 4° steps each.
• Levers with an 80 mm long ball-bearing plastic roller can be supplied as a special execution.
• Furthermore a special lever of 200 mm length is available as a special execution.
